Spot Transport Dispatcher Intern

Description:
We are looking for a Spot Transport Dispatcher Intern who will work remotely. The role is focused on taking orders from clients and selling spot courses to transporters through negotiation and rapid confirmation. Does not involve fleet planning, only spot courses.

Responsibilities:
• Takes orders for internal transport from clients (phone/email/WhatsApp)
• Clears order details (loading/unloading, type of goods, weight/volume, deadlines)
• Finds available transporters and sells the course in spot mode
• Negotiates rates and conditions and confirms the course with both parties
• Maintains communication with the client and transporter until the end of the course

•Mentii a weekly table for sold courses.
• Verifies CMR insurance for each course.

Requirements:
• Experience in internal dispatching/brokerage transport is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Rapidity, organization, attention to details
• PC: email, Excel
• Seriousness and orientation towards results
