Dispecer - Coordonator Flota

OEPIA SRL, with its headquarters in Crevedia, Dâmbovița, is a certified GDP company specializing in road, air, and maritime transport. With almost two decades of experience in temperature-controlled transportation, we offer dedicated logistics solutions for industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and fresh products.

Our fleet consists of tractor units and semi-trailers of refrigerated type. We are looking for a dynamic and organized Dispecer-Coordonator Flotă who will manage the daily activity of our fleet and contribute to the growth of operational efficiency.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activity of their own refrigerated fleet,  the team of drivers, and ensuring efficient deliveries. This job is ideal for someone with experience in coordinating drivers, organized, who knows the legislation in the field of goods transportation.

Main Responsibilities

• Route planning: Planning and monitoring daily routes, allocating vehicles and drivers to routes, tracking driver times and rest periods.
• Maintenance of vehicle status: scheduling ITP, repairs, tachographs, licenses, authorizations, insurance etc.
• Daily activity monitoring: Tracking team performance and taking decisions to resolve operational problems.
• Document management: Preparation and updating of transport documents, orders, route sheets, and permits.
• Performance indicator monitoring and reporting: Managing fuel consumption, auto park costs, efficiency etc.
• Effective communication: Maintaining relationships with drivers, clients, and collaborators.
• Driver integration: Identifying suitable candidates, organizing interviews, and ensuring the onboarding process.
• Recording routes in the TMS system.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatching or fleet coordination, with proven results.
• Solid knowledge of transportation legislation, including driving and rest periods.
• Organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to make quick and efficient decisions in operational situations.
• IT skills: using the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Middle-level English language knowledge is mandatory.
• Category B driving license.
• Experience in using Getex represents an advantage.
