Dispatcher transports & logistics (h-f-x)

Your missions
Rattaché(e) to the Logistics and Transportation Manager, you are the key interlocutor between our drivers, subcontractors, construction sites, and production sites. Your main tasks will be:

Ensure the coordination and tracking of supplies for construction sites and production sites.
Plan, organize, and optimize transportation routes (materials, aggregates, equipment).
Distribute missions to site drivers while considering priorities and operational constraints.
Monitor deliveries in real-time and adjust the schedule in case of unexpected events (delays, breakdowns, changes in needs).
Maintain direct contact with construction site managers to anticipate and respond to their needs.
Ensure administrative tracking of transportation (delivery notes, time tracking, reports).
Ensure compliance with safety rules and transportation regulations.
Punctually replace the Logistics and Transportation Manager in case of absence.
