Dispatcher transports & logistics (h-f-x)
Job description
Your missions
As a key point of contact between our drivers, subcontractors, construction sites, and production sites, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and tracking supplies to construction sites and production facilities.
- Planning, organizing, and optimizing transportation routes (materials, aggregates, equipment).
- Distributing tasks to site drivers while considering priorities and operational constraints.
- Monitoring deliveries in real-time and adjusting the schedule as needed (delays, breakdowns, changes in needs).
- Maintaining direct contact with construction site managers to anticipate and respond to their needs.
- Ensuring administrative tracking of transportation (delivery receipts, hours tracking, reports).
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules and transportation regulations.
- Occasionally replacing the Logistics Manager in case of absence.
