Description of the job Your future responsibilities; • Plan and distribute vehicles by geographic zone or by type of client. • Manage customer contacts: reception and follow-up of orders, processing of specific requests, communication of any problems or delays. • Take appointments on various client platforms. • Follow in real-time the vehicles, driving times and ETA. • Optimize routes and/or vehicle occupancy rates. • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. • Analyze and improve processes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction. • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and clients. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance. • Maintain accurate records of all activities, including vehicle utilization and customer interactions.
