Function You manage together with your colleagues Dispatch the agenda of a team of 70 technicians for the region Belgium and Luxembourg, ensuring that maintenance intervals run smoothly. Safety comes first: You ensure correct safety documents and make sure all procedures are followed. You support technicians with administrative and technical questions. Do you see that extra work is needed at a location? Then you make sure the right materials and hours are passed on to the relevant parties. You also coordinate with other dispatchers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, including scheduling, inventory management, and performance tracking. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
