Dispatcher

*Supporting drivers at their departure in the early morning: checking the vehicle park, distributing documents and ensuring a smooth start of the work floor and warehouse. * Setting up and following the route planning in collaboration with the expedition manager, and providing telephone support to drivers in unexpected situations such as absences, defects or delivery problems. * Together with the plant manager, you set the rosters. * Understanding the importance of punctuality and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. * Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. * Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. * Providing excellent customer service by being proactive and responsive to customer needs. * Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. * Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and improve overall performance. * Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations. * Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
