Dispatch Support Coordinator (USA Healthcare) - After Hours EST (Remote)

Join our team serving a U.S.-based long-term care laboratory . You’ll work closely with their dispatch and operations teams to coordinate medical sample pick-ups, communicate with healthcare facilities and drivers, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of critical medical specimens. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage incoming dispatch requests, ensuring timely assignment to drivers. * Communicate with healthcare facilities to confirm pick-up details and resolve any issues. * Liaise with drivers to track sample status and address any logistical challenges. * Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize routing and scheduling. * Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. * Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities. * Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to improve processes and efficiency. * Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies. * Willingness to work after-hours and weekends based on schedule needs. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. * Must possess a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Paid time off * Remote work environment * Opportunities for professional development * Opportunity to work in the growing healthcare sector
