Job description
Evaluation and processing of flight plan updates.
- Monitoring of passenger numbers and capturing the need for catering products on a daily basis.
- Interface function between our Airport Unit and our Gourmet kitchen.
- Fulfillment of short-term wishes of our customer airlines.
- Direct and intense coordination with all partners within the Catering Logistics process.
