Instructional Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and updating virtual learning experiences, aligned with our institutional educational models and the needs for teacher training.

Your work will integrate instructional design methodologies, pedagogical strategies, educational technologies, and Artificial Intelligence, generating innovative learning experiences that strengthen teacher competencies and contribute to the achievement of our institutional objectives.

Your main challenges

• Define learning objectives, competencies, content, and didactic strategies for the development of teacher training courses.
• Design instructional scripts, learning maps, storyboards, and didactic sequences, ensuring a structured and effective learning experience.
• Create active, collaborative, and interactive learning activities, focused on the needs and experience of the participant.
• Design formative and summative evaluation strategies that allow measuring the achievement of learning objectives.
• Integrate multimedia resources, technological tools, and Artificial Intelligence to optimize the design, development, and updating of educational content.
• Configure, organize, and update courses within LMS platforms, ensuring the correct implementation of content.
• Collaborate with content experts, graphic designers, multimedia developers, and academic areas, providing pedagogical advice during the development of training programs.
• Ensure the quality of the courses, validating their pedagogical, orthographic, technical, and visual consistency, as well as compliance with accessibility and user experience standards.

Profile we are looking for

Indispensable requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Educational Sciences, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Education, or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Instructional Design.
• Experience in designing instructional scripts, storytelling, interactive activities, learning experiences, and content curation.
• Proficiency with tools for creating and designing educational resources such as Genially, Canva, CapCut, Articulate 360, Animaker, or similar.
• Knowledge and experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle or Blackboard.
• Experience using generative Artificial Intelligence tools for text, image, and video, as well as AI applied to instructional design.

Intermediate English proficiency.

Desirable

Specialization or Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Innovation, Digital Education, or related fields.

Courses or specialization in Instructional Design and Artificial Intelligence applied to educational environments.

Knowledge of user experience (UX/UI) applied to educational environments.

Competencies oriented towards creativity and innovation, time management, teamwork, adaptability to change, assertive communication, continuous learning, and service orientation.
