Wedding Dresses Designer / Workshop Manager

Proofs and fittings of wedding dresses, alterations and adaptations, customer service and accompaniment in the process of delivering our dresses. High-end sewing and embroidery finishes. Knowledge of pattern making and accessory or garment creation for the bride. Friendly, sociable, proactive, adaptable, and responsible. The objective of this position is to ensure quality, timely delivery, and excellence in each piece, guaranteeing the brand's standards.

Main Responsibilities and Activities

• * Ensure quality at every stage of the process: cutting, assembly, sewing, adjustments, and finishing
• * Conduct fitting tests with brides or coordinate with the customer service area
• * Control inventory of fabrics, lace, applications, and supplies
• * Patterns, sketches, and sewing techniques

Requirements

• * Education in Fashion, Fashion Design, Industrial Sewing, or related field (desirable)
• * At least 1 year of experience in similar positions within high-end fashion or wedding dresses
• * Mastery of fine sewing techniques, adjustments, corsetry assembly, and handling delicate materials
• * Excellent machine operation skills (straight, overlock)
• * Experience in quality control in high-end fashion
• * Leadership, assertive communication, and problem-solving skills
• * Extreme attention to detail and focus on impeccable finishes
