Middle Product Designer

About the role We are looking for a Middle Product Designer with experience in digital product design for financial environments, able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create user-centered, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives experiences. It will be responsible for participating in the entire design cycle, from research and flow definition to prototyping and validation of digital solutions. The ideal person has strategic thinking, visual sensitivity, and strong communication skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate should have experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and be familiar with design systems, human-centered design principles, and user research methods. Additionally, they should have knowledge of front-end development basics, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and be able to collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and researchers. They must be able to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale, and be comfortable working in an Agile environment.
