Product Designer

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer who simplifies complex processes, designs intuitive interfaces, and always puts the user at the center of digital strategy. This role is key to elevating the experience and visual impact of our product ecosystem (App, Web platforms, and corporate solutions). Key responsibilities: Research and UX: Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform design decisions; Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business objectives; Design and develop visual identity systems, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery; Create interactive experiences that engage users and drive desired behaviors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design or related field; 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design; Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods; Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite; Experience with design systems and style guides; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
