Product and Project Designer

Company focused on project design and lighting development is looking for a Product and Project Designer. MAIN FUNCTIONS: * Integrated project management: planning, tracking, and meeting times, costs, and quality in lighting, carpentry, and furniture projects. * Design and product development: concept creation, render production, technical plans, material sheets, and definition of finishes and manufacturing processes. * Production coordination: prototype supervision, testing, assembly, and quality control until final delivery. * Client and supplier relationship: direct attention, negotiation, tracking, and professional presentation of proposals. * Administrative and technical management: budget control, reports, and documentation in tools like ClickUp, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency. REQUIREMENTS: * Education level: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Product Design Engineering, or related fields. * At least 2 years of experience in project development and production. KNOWLEDGE IN: * Design: Onshape, Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Illustrator. * Management: ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, Excel. * Basic knowledge of electricity, manufacturing, and productive processes. * Reading technical plans and budgets.
