Ali SpA, Empoli branch, is seeking a Mechanical Designer - Mechanical Designers to be inserted into the Technical Office of an industrial client in Castelfiorentino. Both junior and senior profiles are being considered. If you have a strong passion for mechanics and the ambition to follow the product from design to machine, this is your opportunity to grow in a key role. Responsibilities: The resource will be accompanied by an existing designer in the company and will be responsible for: - Elaboration of technical designs (2D/3D). - Development of CAM programming for machine tools. - Use of measurement and quality control tools. - Active collaboration for optimizing production processes. Preferred Requirements: - Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification (or strong interest in the sector). - Basic knowledge or strong motivation to learn CAD/CAM programs. - Good manual skills and precision in using measurement tools. - Strong passion for work and attitude towards continuous learning.
