Main Corporate Values Qualities Accuracy Flexibility Organizational Chart Reports to Technical Office Manager Main Responsibilities - Create and manage BIM models for MEP projects - Collaborate with the design team and support clients - Ensure compliance with sector regulations and standards - Participate in meetings and reviews to share project progress Competences (Hard Skills) - Proven experience in BIM modeling for MEP projects - In-depth knowledge of BIM software, Revit - Understanding best practices in the MEP sector - Knowledge of construction site problems - Knowledge of installation methodologies for systems Abilities (Soft Skills) - Precision - Organization - Communication - Team working Conditions of employment - Place of work: Valdelsa - Working hours and work-life balance: Monday to Friday 9.00-13.00 and 14.00-18.00, with flexibility - Employment contract type: indefinite-term contract - Salary package budget: the economic framework will be examined and weighed following interviews and comparisons with the preparation and experience of candidates competing for the position.
