Female Disability Support Worker – Warwick Farm (Hindi-Speaking Preferred) Nextt is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist a female participant in Warwick Farm with schizophrenia. This role is perfect for someone patient, calm, and confident supporting mental health needs in a structured daily routine. Hindi-speaking applicants are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Morning prompts & personal care
- Light household chores
- Medication & breakfast support
- Community access (appointments, shopping)
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (community access)
- Base hourly rate: $35.15
- Afternoon shift (ends 8pm–midnight, Mon–Fri): $38.67
- Active Night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon–Fri): $39.37
- Saturday: $49.21
- Sunday: $63.27
- Public holiday: $77.33
- Hindi-speaking preferred
- Experience supporting mental health conditions (preferred)
- Patient, understanding, and calm under pressure
- Reliable and confident working independently
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle (preferred)
