Disability Support Worker

Support Worker Co is a leading Support Worker Agency that provides best-fit Disability Support Workers to Disability Service providers across Australia. We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers to support adult NDIS participants in SILs, & respite services across Southport, Palm Beach and surrounding suburbs in the Gold Coast region. Female Support Workers are preferred for this role due to female clients' requests with personal hygiene needs. Overview of the role: We have opportunities for Casual Support Workers to work with adult NDIS participants in SILs, & respite services across Southport, Palm Beach and surrounding suburbs in the Gold Coast region. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with disabilities, and a strong understanding of the NDIS. The role will involve supporting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities. This is a casual role, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality support to participants.
