RequirementsWe are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated team member who:
- Deliver high quality, person-centred support
- Communicate respectfully and effectively
- Follow behaviour support plans, care plans, and medication procedures
- Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards
- Actively contribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional team culture
If you are passionate about supporting people with diverse needs, and you meet the following requirements, we'd love to hear from you.
- Certificate in Aged Care, Assistant in Nursing (AIN), Disability, or Community Services
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Reference Number
- COVID - 19 Vaccination Certificate
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong, effective communication skills
- Ability to treat all clients with dignity, empathy, and respect
- Competent in completing tasks, maintaining case notes, and reporting/responding as required
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in changing or challenging environments
- Team oriented, able to collaborate effectively and work towards shared goals
- Willingness to undertake ongoing in house online training, including essential Aged Care, NDIS and Mental Health courses provided by Spectrum Care
