Support Worker - Richmond, NSW (Weekdays 9am-3pm)
Location: Richmond, NSW
Hours: Weekdays 9am-3pm
Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a young participant in Richmond. This role is ideal for someone confident working with youth, experienced in mental health, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

Support daily activities and skill development

Encourage independence and routine
-
Support emotional regulation and wellbeing

Maintain accurate records and reports
-
Create a safe and inclusive environment for the participant
Requirements:

Experience in disability support
-
Experience working with youth and mental health
-
All relevant checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid & CPR
-
Reliable car with comprehensive insurance
-
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
