Disability Support Worker

About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will support clients with daily living activities, personal care, community participation, and other aspects of their lives. This may include assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing emotional support. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote client autonomy and well-being. About the Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities. You should have experience working in a similar role or have relevant training, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability). You will be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our organisation's policies and procedures.
