Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Community Disability Support Workers to support various organisations and individuals across Tewantin.
We have ongoing agency shifts available, offering flexibility, competitive pay and consistent work.
This role is ideal for reliable local Disability Support Workers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting clients with complex needs in SIL and community settings.

We are seeking Disability Support Workers who demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to person-centred, strengths-based care
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families and support teams
- Reliability, professionalism and confidence working independently or within a team
- A flexible approach to agency work, including varied shifts and environments
- High & Medium Challenging Behaviours
- High Personal Care
- High Manual Handling
- Epilepsy Management
- Competitive hourly rates: $45-$105/hr (based on experience and shift times)
- Easily manage your roster via our eHCA mobile app
- Flexible AM, PM and night shifts, including sleepovers
- 24/7 support from our committed local allocations team

- Certificate III or higher in Disability or a related field
- Minimum 6 months full-time experience in SIL or Community Care
- Valid National Police Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate (within the last 3 years)
- Full QLD Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
- Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
- Full Australian working rights
