What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Missions)

Assisting with personal care such as showers, dressing, and grooming — the real-life essentials
Supporting participants to remain comfortable, confident, and independent in their own homes
Helping with everyday routines and activities
Following individual support plans with care and professionalism
Observing changes, noticing the little things, and communicating effectively with the wider team

What You’ll Need in Your Utility Belt

Minimum 3 months’ experience in personal care, disability, or mental health support
Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Mental Health (or currently working towards)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle with CTP insurance
A good sense of humor (non-negotiable — trust us)
