The Role:

Mulitple participants available:

Participant #1 is a female in her mid-60's with a spinal cord injury who requires support every weekend on an ongoing basis. Shift times 7.30am - 11am.

Participant #2 is a female in her mid-30's with an acquired brain injury who requires support every Mon, Wed & Fri on an ongoing basis. Shift times 10am - 1pm.

Participant #3 is a female in her mid-70's with an acquired brain injury who requires support every Mon - Sun on an ongoing basis. Shift times 10.30am - 1.30pm.

Duties

• Wound Care - skin checks
• Bowel Therapy - enema insertion and digital stimulation when required
• Personal Care - showering, dressing, hygiene, etc
• Domestic Assistance
• Prompting Medications
• Transport and accompanying for community access + health and rehab
• Capacity building and companionship

Rates

• Day - $38.75 - $40 per hour
• Saturday - $54.25 - $56 per hour
• Sunday - $69.75 - $72 per hour

Skills and experiences

• Australian Driver License
• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Current Blue Card
• Current Yellow Card
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
• Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
• Administer medication
