Disability Support Worker

Care Partners is a trusted NDIS provider dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals living with disabilities through tailored care services that foster independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Our team is expanding, and we are currently seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accompanying individuals to appointments, social engagements, and community-based activities

· Assisting with movement and mobility both within the home and outdoors

· Supporting clients in meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met

· Organising and facilitating recreational and wellbeing activities

· Maintaining cleanliness of the living environment including basic cleaning duties

· Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care tasks

· Offering emotional support, companionship, and developing trusted relationships

· Running errands or shopping on behalf of clients when required

· Providing live-in support where applicable based on client needs

About You:

· Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification.

· Minimum of a year experience in disability support, aged care, or community support role.

· Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care principles.

· Current First Aid and CPR certification.

· National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

· Valid Australian Driver’s License (preferred).

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
