With offices in Spain and Italy, and a global network exceeding 50 offices, it has launched strong growth in the Italian territory where it currently counts 6 offices. Due to high demand for our services in the area, we have planned the opening of a new office in the coming months. We are looking for entrepreneurial people, eager to manage their own activity, with business management skills and passion for the development of human resources, who can lead and coordinate the growth of our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is able to work independently, think strategically, and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience in human resources management, franchising, and business development. They will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including staff supervision, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of the Italian labor market and regulations.
