Technical Director - Civil Engineering

LHH LHH is seeking a consolidated engineering company with its headquarters in Vicenza (VI), operating in the civil and industrial infrastructure sector, to hire a Technical Director with proven experience to guide and coordinate technical and project activities of the company. Responsibilities The figure will have the task of coordinating and supervising technical and project activities on civil, architectural, infrastructural, and structural projects, and in particular it will be responsible for: - Coordinating and supervising technical and project activities. - Managing a team of engineers and technicians with direct responsibility for quality and delivery times of projects. - Interface with clients, public entities, and technical partners to define and develop tenders. - Control and approval of technical documentation. - Support to the company's management in strategic planning and business development. - Monitoring of project progress and management of technical criticalities. - Site visits to ensure correct execution of works. Profile The ideal figure possesses: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in structures. - Registration on the Engineers' Roll. - Proven experience in leadership roles in the engineering field. - Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - In-depth knowledge of technical regulations and authorization processes.
