Technical Director

BFP Service srl, a company of BFP Group, is one of the main operators in the Italian market specializing in photovoltaic plant maintenance, with a comprehensive portfolio of approximately 180 MW of plants under management and is one of the national reference points for the implementation of revamping/repowering interventions on existing and under-construction plants as well as new industrial and utility-scale plants. For the enhancement of its technical structure, BFP SERVICE srl is looking for a Technical Director who will be responsible for leading the technical department, defining and implementing the company's technical strategy, managing the maintenance activities of photovoltaic plants, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in the field of photovoltaic plant maintenance, knowledge of Italian and international regulations related to the sector, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, fluency in English. The Technical Director will be responsible for leading the technical department, defining and implementing the company's technical strategy, managing the maintenance activities of photovoltaic plants, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards, coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
