Store Manager

Our Client is a leading Italian company in the Large-Scale Retail sector, which has tasked us with recruiting a store manager for the Pordenone location.

The candidate, reporting to a reference Area Manager for their geographical area, will manage a store between 1500 and 2000 sqm with a specific focus on:

Activities

Manage the assigned store by guiding resources to achieve the set company objectives;
Coordinate staff organization by transmitting company values and fostering a positive climate within the work group;
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality by managing economic/financial aspects;
Manage the branch staff selection process according to company procedures;
Periodically liaise with central management to ensure compliance with the standards set for store management;
Efficiently monitor and manage the flow of products in assortment, as well as resolve any issues related to the store.
Preferred Requirements:

Excellent relational and communication skills within structured contexts.
Consolidated experience in similar coordination positions;
Technical knowledge of various food departments, including fresh and very fresh departments;
Knowledge of policies and guidelines for managing processes in retail and related organizational issues;
Knowledge and management of the Office suite.
The position offers a permanent employment contract with remuneration aligned with the candidate's experience and company remuneration policies, and in any case within a range of 40,000 to 50,000 euros.
