Factory Director - Travagliato (BS)

Etjca S.p.a. Etjca spa, Bescia branch, selects: Factory Director The Factory Director will be responsible for the overall management of the factory, ensuring operational efficiency, quality of production processes, and achievement of company goals. He/she will report to the General Management and coordinate various operational areas, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Main responsibilities: - Management and coordination of factory activities - Planning and monitoring of production, ensuring respect for times and qualitative standards - Management of personnel, development of skills, and promotion of a positive work climate - Control of costs and optimization of productive resources - Ensure compliance with regulations on workplace safety, environment, and quality - Collaboration with other company departments (logistics, maintenance, administration, commercial) - Periodic reporting to General Management on factory performance - Contact with clients and suppliers for production planning. Requirements: - Consolidated experience in industrial roles, preferably metallurgical or metal-mechanical with knowledge of mechanical design. - Skills in production management, process control, and work organization - Leadership skills, personnel management, and problem-solving - Knowledge of safety and quality regulations - Excellent communication and relational skills - Knowledge and use of English language - Ability to use PC (Office package, email, basic management) - Ability to use CAD-CAM programs. Place of work: Travagliato (BS) Working hours: From Monday to Friday 08:00-12:30/13:30-17:30 and one Saturday morning every two. Working hours may be flexible; availability for trips, if scheduled (not frequent trips).
