Site Manager - Civil Engineering (Florence)

LHH For a construction company operating in the civil engineering sector, growing and consolidating its presence in Northern Italy, we are seeking a Site Manager based in Florence for an important initiative related to a new development worth around €20 million. Responsibilities The figure sought, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, will be one of the key references of the technical team and will be responsible for the following activities: - Planning and coordinating site activities, scheduling times, resources, and workflow; - Supervising the technical execution of works, verifying that they comply with project, specifications, and regulations; - Coordinating labor forces and subcontractors, managing and resolving operational criticalities; - Managing site safety and quality, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations on health and safety; - Monitoring work progress, updating schedules, reports, and comparing with the Head of Procurement and the DL. Your Profile The person sought must possess the following requirements: - Diploma in Surveying and/or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; - Consolidated experience in positions like Site Manager or similar, gained within construction companies and/or general contractors operating in the civil engineering sector; - Goal-oriented approach, operational flexibility, and entrepreneurial attitude.
