Civil Engineering Project Manager

Director of Civil Engineering Works (m/f/d) IUB Engineering SA is a leading multidisciplinary engineering company that has been involved in the design and construction of infrastructure projects in the energy, transportation, and construction sectors for over 50 years. Due to our increasing workload, we are looking for a Director of Civil Engineering Works (m/f/d) for the development of our infrastructure projects in Romandy, Switzerland. Place of work: Lausanne / 80 – 100 km from the city center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction works of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling the construction process, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in project management, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
