Commercial Director - Trento

Starlabor, a personnel search and selection company, is looking for a prestigious Trentino company operating in the industrial production sector for a Commercial Director who, reporting directly to the property, is able to guide and develop the company's commercial function, with the aim of consolidating its presence on the market and increasing turnover. The resource will be responsible for defining sales policies, managing the sales team and developing new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will mainly deal with:

• Defining and implementing the commercial strategy in line with the company's objectives
  
• Coordinating, motivating and developing the sales team
  
• Analyzing the reference markets and identifying new growth opportunities
  
• Managing relationships with key customers and strategic partners
  
• Monitoring commercial results and the achievement of targets
  
• Collaborating with other company functions (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure an integrated approach to the market
  
• Participating in the definition of the budget and sales forecasts.
  

RequirementsThe ideal candidate has a consolidated and verifiable experience in the commercial management field and has the following characteristics:

• Diploma and/or Degree in economics, management or equivalent
  
• Consolidated experience in commercial roles of responsibility, particularly in the chemical sector
  
• Strong results-oriented and leadership
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus)
  
• Ability to relate to various stakeholders
  
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally
