Commercial Director ? Real Estate

LHH For our client company, a specialized advisory and real estate commercialization firm in strong growth, we are looking for the figure of: Commercial Director ? Real Estate The Commercial Director will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's commercial strategy, ensuring coordination between all internal departments to maximize sales performance and optimize the commercial process. In addition to strategic and commercial skills, he/she will also be the public face of the company, participating in conventions, sector events, and institutional videos on social media, contributing to building the brand and corporate communication. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Development and implementation of the commercial strategy; - Coordination and supervision of the entire sales process; - Management and motivation of the sales team; - Identification of new business opportunities; - Constant interaction with internal departments (marketing, technical, analysis team, customer care, and call center). Your Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering Management or related fields; - At least 8-10 years of experience in commercial roles in the real estate sector, with a focus on new constructions ? provenance from structured and specialized companies in advisory and real estate commercialization; - In-depth knowledge of the Milanese and national real estate market; - Negotiation and management skills for client and stakeholder relationships; - Experience in managing and coordinating complex teams; - Knowledge of English language.
