Commercial Director – Fintech (Full Remote)

We are a fintech already operational, structured and profitable, active in the development and sale of digital solutions in the financial sector. The company is located in a phase of consolidation and scalability, with the goal of bringing the commercial function to a higher level of control, efficiency, and growth. For this reason, we are looking for a senior figure in Commercial Direction, with direct responsibility for sales, processes, and economic results. Main responsibilities: Definition and guidance on sales strategies; Development and implementation of sales plans; Management of sales teams; Analysis and reporting of sales performance; Identification and development of new business opportunities; Collaboration with the management team to define and implement commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and commerce, with experience in the fintech sector. He/She will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
