Senior Art Director

We are looking for a Senior Art Director to translate the aspirational universe of beauty into sophisticated visual campaigns. The position acts from big idea conception to always-on narrative development, passing through PR, influencer activations with premium social media, with high standards of craft and consistent visual repertoire. Responsibilities Create and develop big ideas in partnership with copywriting duo, from concepting hero moments to campaign and social sustenance. Structure and unfold creative concepts for various formats, including print, digital, and experiential. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity through visual storytelling, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate art direction into overall marketing strategies. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on creative vision and execution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the field of art direction. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the advertising and design industries. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts.
