Director/ Director The social insurance Glarus (SVGL) are the competence center for social insurance and employ around 40 employees in the center of Glarus. Following the retirement of the previous incumbent, we are looking for a Director/ Director 100% To the tasks belong personnel, technical, organizational, and financial responsibilities, as well as the management of the SVGL's operations. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage the team, develop and implement strategies, and ensure the continued success of the organization. In addition, the Director/ Director will be responsible for representing the SVGL in various forums and networks, and for maintaining relationships with stakeholders. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional who is passionate about social insurance and has excellent leadership skills.
