Job description
Participate in building capital development strategies and financing roadmap for major projects. Develop project finance, acquisition finance, structured debt, and capital market solutions across regional and international markets. Establish an optimal debt structure and borrowing capacity. Establish a financial risk management strategy and develop a credit management framework. Develop banking partner channels. Develop international financial institution channels. Implement loan transactions, credit facilities, and other financing structures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of capital strategies with business objectives.
