Job description

What you'll do?

• You ensure that your guests feel good by applying customer service standards, maintaining the restaurant clean, and taking care of overall customer satisfaction;
• You act as a model for your team,
• You optimize costs through efficient resource management,
• You are responsible for recruiting and training employees,
• You initiate and implement marketing activities to increase sales,
• You ensure that all necessary ingredients for product preparation are available,
• You organize shifts and work closely with the management team to constantly improve restaurant results.
