Job description

What you will do?

• You ensure that your guests feel well by applying customer service standards, maintaining the restaurant clean, and taking care of overall customer satisfaction;
• You act as a model for your team in subordination,
• You optimize costs through efficient management of restaurant resources,
• You are responsible for recruiting and training employees,
• You initiate and implement marketing activities aimed at increasing sales,
• You ensure that all necessary ingredients for preparing products from the portfolio are available,
• You organize shifts and work closely with the management team to constantly improve restaurant results.
