Tasks

• Self-responsible development of M&A and investment business
• Further development of your own network and establishment of an independent business case
• Generation of leads and projects
• Self-responsible implementation of M&A projects and investment opportunities
• Care of projects from strategic analysis to operational implementation
• Leadership and coaching of project or sub-project teams, professional guidance of employees
• Active accompaniment of the change and implementation process together with management on site and also taking over interim management positions

Qualification

• Completed studies (Business Administration, Finance or comparable, B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
• Analytical and structured thinking, with high self-initiative and willingness to take responsibility
• Multiple years of professional experience (five to ten years) in the business operated by PENTAPART (M&A, restructuring, corporate finance)
• Demonstrable first acquisition success
• Entrepreneurial and pragmatically solution-oriented working style
