Director/a Proyectos Licitación Residuos

We are looking to incorporate a Director/a Proyectos Licitacion Residuos reporting to the Director of Development Residuos Municipal with possibility of location in Madrid or Barcelona.

Functions

• Coordinate all those involved in the development of projects/licitations (internals and externals).

• Coordinate with other departments involved in preparing technical and economic documentation necessary for project development assigned.

• Analyze strategically the conditions and technical documentation of corresponding projects assigned, distributing different documentation to prepare between corresponding departments.

• Supervise technical documentation needed (memos, planning, plans, etc.) for project development.

• Analysis and supervision of budget and economic study of the project.

• Risk analysis and sensitivity.

• Closing of technical and economic documentation of the project with corresponding departments.

• Flexible schedule, entry between 07:30 and 09:30 from Monday to Friday. 40-hour weekly workday.

• Contract: Indefinite

• Telework: One day a week
