DIRECTOR/A MEDICO TERRITORIAL

At Caser we are looking for a Director/Medical Territorial who in dependence of the Medical National Direction, will be responsible for analyzing activity as well as improving the information system. Among its functions will be: Implementing negotiation strategies with healthcare provider assistance from the medical direction in the Central Territory. Defining action plans for controlling medical expenses in the Central Territory. Developing and implementing a plan to improve the quality of care provided by healthcare providers in the Central Territory. Analyzing and interpreting data on healthcare provider performance in the Central Territory. Providing guidance and support to healthcare providers in the Central Territory. Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures for improving healthcare services in the Central Territory. Identifying and addressing gaps in healthcare services in the Central Territory. Developing and implementing a plan to improve patient satisfaction in the Central Territory. Analyzing and interpreting data on patient satisfaction in the Central Territory. Providing guidance and support to patients in the Central Territory. Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures for improving patient care in the Central Territory.
