General Director Mexico Branch

Our client:

Our client is a leading Spanish company in the manufacturing and commercialization of personal image products that is expanding its presence in Mexico.

We are looking for a General Director to lead this new stage of growth and consolidate the brand in the Mexican market.

Responsibilities / Main Functions:

• Lead the opening and development of the subsidiary in Mexico, actively participating in all processes and procedures for setting up the company from scratch.
• Define and implement the local commercial and operational strategy.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise the financial and administrative management of the subsidiary.
• Represent the company before clients, suppliers, and local authorities.
• Ensure the achievement of growth, quality, and profitability objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Spanish professional with personal or family connections in Mexico, who sees an opportunity for professional development in the country.
• Or Mexican professional currently in Spain, interested in returning to Mexico and leading an ambitious project.
• Person with previous experience in Spain, who has held managerial positions in personal image product companies, who has managed start-up operations in the country and who knows the processes and procedures for the creation and launch of companies in Mexico.
• Must have strong strategic orientation, business vision, and leadership skills.
