Director of Quality | Management Team | Industrial Sector

From Arimany Selecció Talent, we are selecting a Director of Quality to join a leading industrial company in its sector, located in the Osona region.

We are looking for a person with leadership, strategic vision, and a high orientation towards operational excellence, who will assume global responsibility for the quality area and be an active part of the company's management team.

Location: Osona Region

Sector: Industrial

Team to lead: 8 people

Strategic position with participation in the Management Committee

What will be your challenge?

Lead the company's global quality strategy, ensuring both regulatory compliance and certifications, as well as product and process quality standards on the plant floor.

You will be the person responsible for fostering a strong quality culture, oriented towards the customer, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Quality Management System and Certifications

• Lead and evolve the corporate quality management system

• Ensure compliance and maintenance of certifications such as:

• ISO 9001

• BRC Packaging

• Landfill Free Certificate

• OHSAS 18001:2007

• ISCC Plus Certificate

• Coordinate internal and external audits

• Drive continuous improvement plans and process standardization

Product and Operations Quality

• Ensure compliance with quality standards on the plant floor

• Lead the management of incidents and non-conformities

• Maximum responsibility in technical response and customer relations regarding quality

• Drive corrective and preventive actions

• Work transversally with Production, Operations, Sales, and Management

Team Leadership

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of 8 people

• Define objectives, priorities, and indicators for the area

• Foster a culture of high standards, collaboration, and professional development

• Consolidated experience leading quality departments in an industrial environment

• Solid knowledge of quality systems and international certifications

• Experience in product quality management and plant environment

• Leadership and team development skills

• Results-oriented profile with a focus on continuous improvement

• Excellent communication and transversal influence skills

• High analytical and problem-solving capacity

Languages

• High level of English essential (international environment)
