Production Director

We are looking for a Production Director to oversee and optimize all operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating production teams, maintenance, and logistics, as well as continuous process improvement and workflow optimization. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for managing operational incidents, making decisions in an industrial environment, and closely collaborating with the General Management, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The requirements for this position are: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management; • Strong leadership skills; • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
