Director/a of Franchise Sector HR in Valencia

About the Company - Etalentum Selection, a company in full expansion both nationally and internationally, is looking for a Director of franchise to the new office in Valencia. Etalentum is an agency dedicated to personnel selection worldwide. We have offices throughout Spain that provide coverage, each one assigned exclusively to its corresponding geographic area. About the Role - We are looking for entrepreneurial people, with a desire to manage their own business, with the ability to lead and manage a team, with strong communication skills, and with experience in recruitment and selection processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes. The Director of franchise will be responsible for managing the new office in Valencia, leading and managing a team, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
