Caribbean Entertainment Director

International luxury hotel group seeks a professional to lead its entertainment proposal in the Caribbean. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and leading the corporate strategy for animation and entertainment, leading animation teams at multiple destinations and elevating guest experience through high-level shows fully aligned with the luxury standards of the group Responsibilities Design and deploy the corporate plan for animation and entertainment: conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for entertainment programs, including live music performances, theatrical productions, and other forms of entertainment; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals; lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized entertainment experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences; maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of entertainment programming, ensuring consistency across multiple destinations; develop and manage budgets for entertainment programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources; identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation in the entertainment industry; stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the entertainment industry, applying this knowledge to continuously improve and refine the company's entertainment offerings.
