YOUR NEW POSITION

• We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our new store MANGO BARCELONA WESTFIELD GLORIAS. We offer a permanent contract for 40 hours

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.

• Implement merchandising, financial administration, and supervision of sales staff.

• Ensure the execution of all organizational policies at the store level to achieve projected sales and profit objectives.

• Provide instructions for store co-management and department management.

• Advise and direct department management to resolve operational issues and improve department performance and conditions.

ABOUT YOU

• 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion.
• Experience in team management and development.
• Commercial orientation and knowledge of key KPIs.
• Leadership, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer and results orientation.
• Autonomy in store operational management.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Growth potential towards the Store Manager position.
• Availability for mobility between stores in Barcelona and surrounding areas.
