Director, Workplace Safety & Health

Nanyang Technological University is looking for a Head of Workplace Safety and Health to drive strategic safety initiatives and compliance across the college. This leadership role involves overseeing safety policies, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health and at least 10 years of relevant experience in safety practices, with a strong understanding of complex environmental and industrial hazards. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement effective strategies for workplace safety and health, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including employees, management, and external partners.
